Fabiana spent a period of her teenage years living in Brighton, England, where she would cook brigadeiros every time she missed home. One afternoon, she invited some friends over and decided to show them a little bit of her culture by making the delicious Brazilian delicacy for them. To Fabiana´s surprise, they all loved them! Shortly after, her brigadeiros had become extremely famous around school. Everyone would come up to her and say: "Wow, these brigadeiros are delicious, simply the best!"
Back in Brazil, the story repeated itself. Every time she had people over, she would treat them with her brigadeiros. It didn't take long for the news about her delicious delicacies to spread. At the time, Fabiana had just started her Fine Arts studies. Combining her artistic abilities with her cooking gift, Fabiana decided to give colours and new flavours to the traditional brigadeiro. The result was the traditional Brazilian sweet was turned into one of the most acclaimed gourmet delicacies in Brazil. Today, Fabiana´s brigadeiros are a "must-have" in any special event, from a birthday party or an anniversary celebration to the most elegant weddings in Brazil.
